Our Delivery & Processing Times

Delivery time estimates for all available shipping options can be found below, or on our Worldwide Shipping page. Please note that payment is processed at the time of placing an order/preorder, not upon dispatch of goods. It’s important to note that all of our AOP (All Over Print) apparel is made to order, not waiting in stock at warehouses ready to be shipped. Order production times can take between 2-7 days, then shipping needs to be considered over and above the production time. Below is a high-level overview of how our orders (not pre-orders) are processed once payment is made.

  2. Typically, all orders are processed by Glitched Pixel and sent to our printing partner for production within the same day of ordering.
  3. Your garment is made to order, meaning each garment is cut into their individual pieces (arms, pocket, hood, body etc), then printed and sewn together. This process can take between 2-7 working days.
  4. Your garment is then boxed and shipped to your destination address. Shipping times will vary depending on your location.

Overall, the production and shipping speed depends on the product type and destination.

Delivery times provided are approximate and calculated from the date of shipping. Processing times may vary. Orders are handled Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 3 PM (US time). Delays may occur due to weather conditions, postal issues, or customs processes. If you have not received your order within 15 working days (USA, UK) or 30 working days (international), please contact us with your order details, and we will assist you.

Please be aware that local postal services may impose additional handling fees. Your local import customs agency may also impose additional duties, service fees, or taxes, which, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and not Glitched Pixel. 

For pre-orders, delivery timelines start once items are marked as in stock and processing is completed.

Our Returns Policy

 
CLAIM WINDOW
All orders:
You will have up to 20 days from when the order is received* to file a claim with Glitched Pixel customer support, however, please review the following policy before considering a claim

DESIGN/APPAREL DEFECTS OR INCORRECT PRODUCT
If you discover a defect with any of the prints, an issue with the apparel itself (e.g rips, holes, ink, alignment off), or we’ve supplied you with the incorrect product, we will reprint and ship that item at no extra cost.

Before making a claim with Glitched Pixel, we ask that you please consider the following…

  1. Assess the packaging for damage or any sign of tampering. If damage is present, please approach your local delivery service first.
  2. If there is no damage or clear sign of tampering on your package, please contact us as soon as possible within 20 days from delivery (no later), include your order # and several high quality pictures of the defect. After reviewing the case, if accepted, we will send out a replacement.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
For orders with design placement or print size issues, please send us a photo of the item received which includes a measuring tape/ruler…

  • Design placement issues:
    Measuring the distance (inches/cm) between the bottom of the back collar/hood of the garment to the top of the design. If the design is off center, please include a photo measuring the distance between the left or right shoulder seam (where the chest connects to the arm) to the edge of the design.
  • Design sizing issues:
    Measuring only the artwork’s actual size across (from edge to edge).
 
REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

You can request to return (for refund or replacement) for any item within 20 days of receipt* on the condition there is a valid reason to do so.

Each claim will be assessed in accordance with the terms found in this returns policy first and foremost. Careful consideration will be given to each claim based on its circumstances, but each request will follow the format outlined in this policy unless special circumstances apply (what defines special circumstances is at our own discretion).

We do not accept any returns or exchanges on items that were ordered incorrectly (e.g. size/color, wrong address, or an incomplete address).
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that all details are correct when ordering. If a case can be presented to us which shows adequate evidence that the customer was mislead by incorrect information (sizing charts or descriptions etc) on our website, we will diligently work with the customer to reach a mutually-agreed resolution. 

We do not accept refunds for no valid reason.
Due to the nature of our garments being cut, printed and sewn together for each customer’s order, it is not sustainable or viable for us to accept refunds for ‘change of mind’ or reasons other than those outlined in this policy.

We do not refund orders returned to us as a result of the “addressee unknown” status.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to include the correct shipping information including but not limited to the addressee’s name.

We do not refund orders that have been verified as delivered by the tracking carrier.
You will be provided with a tracking number upon completing your order. This will show every movement of your package during transit, if the order is confirmed as delivered but you claim it has not arrived…

  1. First check the address you entered during your order is correct.
  2. Check your property thoroughly to ensure the package wasn’t placed somewhere out of sight to reduce the chances of package theft.
  3. If possible, check with neighbors to confirm if they witnessed the delivery or any unusual activity. 
  4. Should there be no fowl play, contact your local post office or local delivery company to make an enquiry about the packages whereabouts.
  5. Should your local delivery agents not be able to locate the package, reach out to us here to open a ‘Missing Package’ case. We will review your circumstances and do our very best to reach a resolution.
 
SUSPICIOUS REFUND/REPLACEMENT CLAIM ACTIVITY

Should an account holder (identified via email/purchasers identity/address) start to exhibit unusually high numbers of refund or replacement requests, we reserve the right to decline refund requests and put a block on that account from purchasing further items from our store. 
Sadly, a very small minority sometimes attempt to take advantage of small retailers through abnormally frequent refund or replacement activity (Fraudulent activity). We will respond to ALL customers enquiries with our very best intent, however, we have to protect ourselves from those who attempt to take advantage of the system. If we identify any such behavior associated with your account email, identity, or address, we will kindly inform you before taking any further action. We understand that legitimate causes for refunds or replacements are likely to occur more than once, however, abnormally high frequency is what we’re referring to here. It’s often difficult to distinguish genuine behavior from fraudulent behavior, so please don’t be offended if we query a genuine request for a refund or replacement because your account has previously placed several requests within a short timespan. 

 
MULTI-BUY PROMOTIONS (e.g 3 for 2 Offers)

For items purchased as part of a multibuy promotion (3 for 2 or similar), the cheapest item can only be exchanged for an item of equivalent value, but no partial refunds will be issued as store credit or via the original payment method.

 
CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTED RETURNS
  • In the case of returning a full order or preordered items, all free or promotional items included must also be returned at the same time; otherwise, a refund may not be processed.
  • Unless agreed upon in writing and subject to the terms above, returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resaleable condition.
  • If an item is permanently out of stock (no longer produced), we will offer either a refund or an alternative item. 

 

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

  1. First review our guidelines in this article above. If you feel your circumstances justify a claim, contact our team as soon as possible.
    • If an item has a defect or is incorrect, see the ‘Design/Apparel Defects or Incorrect Product‘ section above for more info on how to support your claim for most efficient response.
    • If you seek to claim a refund or exchange, see the ‘Refunds or Exchanges’ section above to learn what things to take into consideration before making your claim.
  2. Once your claim is received, it will be reviewed and we may request further evidence to support your claim before reaching a decision.
    • If the claim identifies that Glitched Pixel are at fault (including, but not limited to a defect, incorrect product, or misleading information), we will process the replacement at no cost to the customer.
    • If the claim identifies that the customer is responsible (including, but not limited to an incorrect choice, an indecision, wrongly entering customer details or a change of mind), the customer will need to return the product at their own cost to Glitched Pixel for processing**. The customer will also be liable for any re-manufacturing fee’s incurred. 
      ** Refunds or replacement confirmations will be processed within 20 working days of receiving the returned product.

Our Sales & Promotions Policy

All discounts, sales, and promotional codes (collectively referred to as “promotions”) are offered at the sole discretion of Glitched Pixel and may be modified, adjusted, or withdrawn at any time.

  • Free and promotional items are subject to availability and are provided either at random or while supplies last. Placing an order does not guarantee the receipt of free items.
  • Promotions cannot be combined or applied to orders after they have been placed.
  • Discount codes are not valid on charity items, bundles, gift cards, sale items, postage, or selected products. They also cannot be applied retrospectively.
  • Promotions offered at in-person stores, expos, or events are not transferable to our online store and vice versa, unless explicitly specified otherwise.

Our Competitions Policy

1. WHO CAN ENTER COMPETITIONS, GIVEAWAYS OR PRIZE DRAWS (EVENT)?

2. WHAT HAPPENS TO MY INFORMATION?

3. HOW ARE WINNERS CHOSEN? 
  • Winners and runners-up will be selected from all eligible entries through a random prize draw unless stated otherwise. The draw will be conducted by a member of the Glitched Pixel team after the listed closing date.
  • The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
